Fans look amazing

Fans look amazing, quietest fans I’ve ever seen. Has 3 light settings but I like the brightest ones. We added 36” downrods only issue was the need for 2 sets of wires one for fan and one for lightbecause of remote .

Can’t Get Accessories

I bought this fan around Black Friday and I still haven’t been able to install it because Bella Depot refuse to carry or keep carrying the down rods for it. I have a cathedral ceiling, so I need the 48” gold down rod for this fan. Bella Depot had been carrying the down rod, but I wanted to check out my local stores first and see if I could pick the down rod up in person. No luck with this. All the stores including electric and lighting stores carry only a very limited supply of black, white, and maybe nickel down rods. Good luck if you need another color, because like our cars, the manufacturers seem to want us to conform to basic, dull color schemes. Boring! After not finding the down rod I needed locally, I then went to order the Bella Depot 48” gold down rod, but Bella Depot now listed it out of stock. Lots of good that’s doing me! I continued looking in stores and on line for a matching down rod, then in January, Bella Depot listed the down rod again. I immediately ordered it. Then in shipping, Bella Depot lost my downrod. They delivered it to a different address. They handled the shipment through Shop. Shop did not help me to be able to find where the down rod had been delivered. I then tried to get that information from Bella Depot and tried to get them to find the down rod. They made no effort to find where my down rod was and they didn’t tell me which was the carrier that they used. Therefore, I could not trace where my down rod had been delivered. Instead of replacing the down rod, they refunded my money. Then they listed the down rod as being out of stock again. Now the down rod I had to buy instead I’m going to have to paint. It will not be a match. This inability to get this down rod has cost me a lot of time and uncertainty about putting up my new fan. I think I like the fan, but I have not appreciated the inability to get one little part that should’ve been easily available. Bella Depot is not concerned about you being able to get the parts that you will need for their products. At least that’s my conclusion on the basis of the experience I have had with Bella Depot. Be warned that if you need more than the fan itself, then don’t expect help or cooperation from this business. I hope that the painted down rod will work well enough, but I can’t be sure. I need the 48 inch gold down rod that is supposed to be available for this fan. It does not make me happy that this company doesn’t care if you can get the parts you need or not. Be forewarned.
