1 Set Replacement Remote Kit for Bella Depot Ceiling Fan

I do not know if it works or not. It is unfortunate that you don't stand behind your product and offer a FREE remote replacement. Now I have to pay someone to come in and install this replacement for me. Since you knew the problem you should have provided the replacement free of charge. I promise to carefully consider future purchases from this company carefully before I ever buy from you again and more than likely will not buy again.

My dog chewed and destroyed the remote to my ceiling fan which I've had for over 2 years. Fortunately the maker of the fan was on the front of the remote. Fortunately I found the website and ordered a replacement which arrived quickly along with simple and clear directions for reprogramming the fan. It comes with a transmitter, which i did not need, but my fan is back working.

You are sold out this remote what else can I use as I need two? Need your help.

You didn’t send me what I ordered. You sent me a different remote kit. I wanted the same one that is in the picture and that came with my fan (that is no longer working). I can get any remote kit from Amazon for half as much as you charged me. Not happy.
