believe that the reciever should have lasted more than 4 years!!! I did not use it all the time

I believe that the reciever should have lasted more than 4 years!!! I did not use it all the time. I have other ceiling fans and lights that are going on 17 years of use!!!!!! Should have gotten a discount for my troubles,but thats the way the cookie crumbles. Thanks Ron [****]

Disgruntled customer

Read my emails to customer service describing the kit was installed by an electrician for 95$ and worked once. Never again. No response since the 14th and earlier letter to CS from customer service. Then you send this. My number is 505-412=1506. Don Woodin I dispute the card for faulty kit tomorrow if your CS does'nt respond properly and fix my problem asap.
